and Founder
Rod has forty-two years
experience, specializing in commercial design/build of automotive
facilities. He personally designs the layout of your facility as well as
overseeing all construction activities. He is a pioneer of dealership
design in the technology age over the last half century.

Gary Scheuermann, Vice President/Project Manager
Gary has thirty-five years of project management experience in the
automotive industry, supervising all aspects of construction in the
field. Gary has built nearly every style of dealership imaginable.

Brent Wampler, Vice President - Operations
Brent brings a wealth of knowledge spanning twenty–five years in the
fields of electrical engineering and contracting as well as mechanical
and plumbing. His responsibilities include all field operations,
administration, accounting and business operations.

Roy Nystrom, Director of Business Development
Roy Nystrom has been in land development and building construction for over 35 years. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville, Mr. Nystrom started his own company, and began developing, designing, and building custom homes and commercial buildings in the Chicago area. During this time, Mr. Nystrom began developing a specialized preconstruction service program designed specifically in assisting clients prior to and during the municipal review process. He also began developing and implementing preconstruction services formatted and designed to negotiate incentive programs with local and state governments on behalf of his clients, designed to offset overall project costs.
As Director of Business Development with Custom Facilities, Inc. (CFI), Mr. Nystrom is responsible for further expanding the business base by servicing and maintaining existing client’s needs, while cultivating and nurturing new opportunities within the commercial development and construction industry.
